EMAIL BLAST CAMPAIGN

Our 2019 Holiday Email Campaign was a glaring success achieving a 45% CTR (the industry standard at the time was 21%).

Terry The Tardigrade

Terry the tardigrade was our resident mascot for Permanent that I created. He was meant to serve as our social media personality to draw in a younger audience. The idea was to use a character that represented sturdiness and longevity to reflect our secure data storage.

The tardigrade turned out to be the perfect choice as they can survive in the harshest of conditions and are quite adaptable. His social media campaign turned out to be a glaring success boosting engagement on Instagram by more than 1000%.
